The rules for accessing PlayVibe, its accounts and browser games.
Pre-release draft. Publisher identity, launch countries, governing law and legal approval are still pending. This build is restricted to private preview and these terms are not a public launch approval.
Service, publisher and eligibility
PlayVibe provides pre-release entertainment games that run in a browser. The publisher, territories and audience scope will be inserted after external approval.
Virtual scores or items have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed or traded for money.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the service, bypass security or rate limits, automate abusive traffic, access another person’s account, submit unlawful content, reverse engineer protected provider services, or use games and assets beyond the rights expressly granted by the publisher.
Accounts
You are responsible for access to your sign-in methods and devices. Notify the published support contact if you suspect compromise. We may revoke sessions, restrict features or suspend an account to protect users, the platform or legal obligations, using the audited support process.
Availability and service providers
Games, identity login, email delivery and other provider features may change, be withdrawn, or become temporarily unavailable. Production support targets and material service changes are published through the approved support channel.
Production service providers, processing countries and transfer terms are not approved.
Rights, warranties and governing law
Ownership, permitted use, warranty exclusions, liability limits, dispute terms, governing law and game rights require external review before these draft terms can authorize a release.

The draft privacy notice describes the engineering baseline. Public publisher and contact details are not configured.
